MARKETING & GUEST EXPERIENCE MANAGER

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive MARKETING & GUEST EXPERIENCE MANAGER in Ibiza to take ownership of our marketing growth while supporting client operations on the ground. This is a hybrid role combining digital marketing strategy + hands-on guest interaction, ideal for someone who enjoys both creativity and client-facing responsibilities.

NConnect Ibiza is a fast-growing luxury villa rental and concierge agency, offering high-end properties and tailored experiences across Ibiza. We combine real estate, hospitality, and lifestyle services for an international clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing & Growth
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow brand visibility and bookings
• Manage and improve all social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Create engaging content aligned with a luxury lifestyle audience
• Coordinate campaigns, collaborations, and influencer partnerships
• Monitor performance and optimize strategies based on results
• Guest Experience & Operations
• Assist the Villa Manager with check-ins and check-outs
• Support guest communication before and during their stay
• Ensure a smooth, high-end client experience
• Handle requests and solve issues quickly and professionally

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing and social media management
• Experience in hospitality or customer care
• Strong communication skills (English and Spanish required, more a plus)
• Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Based in Ibiza
• Owns a car
