OKU es una colección de hoteles boutique de lujo relajado, creados para el viajero moderno. Está inspirado en el concepto japonés homónimo de “espacio interior”: crea experiencias inspiradoras y entornos hermosos donde los huéspedes pueden reconectarse y descubrir su yo interior.

¿Qué esperamos de ti?

• Ofrecer un servicio excepcional y una atención personalizada.
• Recibir y despedir a los huéspedes con una cálida bienvenida.
• Ayudar a los huéspedes con su equipaje y acompañarlos a sus habitaciones.
• Proporcionar información sobre las instalaciones y servicios del hotel.
• Atender las solicitudes de los huéspedes de manera rápida y eficiente.
• Gestionar el servicio de aparcacoches.
• Mantener el área de la entrada del hotel limpia y ordenada.
• Colaborar con otros departamentos para garantizar una experiencia perfecta.

Que aportes:

• Buen nivel de inglés y español (otros idiomas son un plus).
• Experiencia en atención al cliente.
• Discreción y buena presencia.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
• Capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
• Empatía y amabilidad.
• Permiso de Conducir en vigor
• Permiso de trabajo para la UE.

What do you bring:

• Good level of English and Spanish (other languages are a plus).
• Experience in customer service.
• Discretion and good presence.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Empathy and friendliness.
• Valid driving license
• Work permit for the EU.
