STORE MANAGER

We are looking for a STORE MANAGER to lead our seasonal pop-up store in Ibiza from June to September. If you bring strong retail expertise, a proactive mindset, and the ability to elevate both team performance and customer experience, this role offers an exciting summer challenge.

Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue growth and manage daily store operations.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve performance goals.
• Implement sales strategies and action plans, including clientelling, events, partnerships, and traffic-driving initiatives.
• Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience aligned with brand standards.
• Monitor store KPIs and make strategic decisions to improve performance.
• Plan, prioritize, and manage administrative tasks.
• Oversee inventory management, cash control, and loss prevention procedures.

We require:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in retail.
• Strong leadership skills with a people-first and hands-on approach.
• High level of customer focus and passion for delivering exceptional in-store experiences.
• Strong analytical skills, results orientation, and agile decision-making.
• Flexibility, energy, and availability to work a full-time schedule with rotating shifts.
• Proactive mindset and ability to adapt to a fast-paced, seasonal environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
